Concentration, weighing, and the hydrate that quietly ruins a batch
Thirty compounds these fluids are built from, with the molar mass of each form you can actually buy. Convert between the units, get the mass for your batch volume, and see what weighing a hydrated salt against an anhydrous molar mass would cost you.
Concentration, and the mass that gets you there
Pick the compound as your jar is labelled, hydrate included. The calculator converts the target concentration into every unit these formulations are written in and returns the mass to weigh for your batch volume.
Molar masses are computed from IUPAC standard atomic weights and rounded to two decimals, which is finer than any analytical balance used to weigh them. This is a unit converter: it reproduces no standard's formulation, and the composition your method requires stays your laboratory's responsibility.
Or have it made to specification
If the batch you just sized is one you would rather not weigh, we formulate to a written specification as readily as to the catalogue, with a certificate of analysis per batch and no minimum order.
