Kokubo simulated body fluid as a 2-stock kit, calcium in one stock, phosphate and carbonate in the other. Nothing is supersaturated until you mix, so the kit keeps far longer than the prepared fluid.

Good to know
Pour the calcium stock into the phosphate stock, under stirring, then add the water. The pH is read at 36.5 °C, not at room temperature: Tris shifts by 0.028 unit per degree.
