Frequently asked questions

Where are the fluids made, and how long do they take?

They are formulated and filled to order in Toulouse and shipped direct from France, so there is no customs formality inside the 27 and prices are in euros. Each batch is made for your order rather than taken off a shelf, so the lead time depends on the fluid and the format and it is stated on your quote, before you commit to anything. Temperature-sensitive fluids such as tear fluid and Kokubo SBF ship refrigerated.

Are the fluids hazardous to ship or store?

No. All fluids are azide-free and classified non-hazardous (non-ADR), so there is no dangerous-goods surcharge and disposal stays simple.

Can I reorder the exact same batch specification?

Yes. Every order is tied to its formulation and standard, so you can re-buy the same specification for the next round of testing. Results stay comparable across your campaign, and standing orders keep the lot consistent.

Do you provide a Safety Data Sheet in my language?

Yes. An SDS is provided for the destination country, and a Certificate of Analysis accompanies every batch, so both go straight into your file.

Do you accept purchase orders?

2.1 Classification of the substance or mixture

4.1 Description of first aid measures
General: remove soiled clothing. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor.
After inhalation: not an anticipated route of exposure, the product is a non-volatile aqueous solution. Move to fresh air if an aerosol has been generated.
After skin contact: wash with water and soap. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
After eye contact: rinse with running water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelids apart. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.
After swallowing: rinse the mouth and drink water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur.
4.2 Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
None expected under the conditions of use. A prolonged skin contact with an acidic formulation may cause transient reddening. No delayed effect is known.

Firefighting measures
5.1 Extinguishing media
Suitable: water spray, carbon dioxide, dry powder, alcohol resistant foam. The product itself is not combustible and does not sustain a fire.

None specific. In a fire, evaporation of the water fraction may concentrate the dissolved salts and organic constituents in the residue. Thermal decomposition of the organic fraction can release carbon oxides and, where nitrogen bearing constituents are present, nitrogen oxides and ammonia.

As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing. Do not allow firefighting water to enter drains or watercourses.
